1 bowl of black bean, rinsed and soak overnight
5 soft ribs
Water
Seasonings
Salt to taste
Method
1. Blanch ribs in boiling water to remove blood and fat. Rinsed with water once done.
2. Place ribs and black bean in a pot.
3. Boil for 2 hours.
4. Add salt to taste. -serve-
