Ginger Steam Fish

My mum bought me 6 pieces of shun hok. This is the second piece, i decided to try this ginger steam. First try and my hubby give 100% marks. :) This recipe is very easy and the fish is very fresh and the meat of shun hok is tender and silky, unlike red snapper.

Ingredients
1 Shun Hok Fish
1 big piece old ginger
5 garlics
1 tsp salt
1 tsp G powder

Ginger Paste
1. Blend garlics and ginger with half cup of water.

Methods
1. Heat some oil on frying pan. Mix ginger paste, salt, G powder and a bit of onion oil (can replace
    with sesame oil) to pan and stir fry a while.
2. Arrange fish on plate and pour the paste on top of the fish.
3. Steam for 15 minutes or until the fish cooked. -Serve-
