Milkly Whole Meal Bread
My first attempt at baking a bread. First day, the bread turns out too salty, so throw away. Second day try again, the taste is nice but the skin of the bread is hard. The bread is dense and not soft. Gonna try again and adjust the temperature and ingredients.
ABC Soup
1 big chicken drumsticks; cut
2 tomatoes; cut
2 carrots; cut smaller size
1 potato; cut smaller size
1 onion; cut into half
Seasonings
Salt to taste
A bit of organic g-powder
Method
1. Blanch chicken drumsticks in boiling water to remove blood and fat. Rinsed with water once
done.
2. Place all ingredients in a pot.
3. Boil for 2 hours.
4. Add salt and g-powder to taste. -serve-
Chicken with scallion and ginger sauce
Ingredients
Chicken breast - cut cube
1 bunch scallion - cut 1 inc per piece
3 inches young ginger - cut slices
1 clove garlic - chopped
Marinate
1 tbsp shao xing wine
A bit of corn starch
A bit of salt
Sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tsp sugar
Method
1. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes and set aside.
2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil then add in ginger. Stir fried till fragrant then put in garlic.
3. Then add in marinated chicken. Stir to coat in oil.
4. Add the sauce and cook until sauce has thickened slightly.
5. Add in scallion, cashew nuts and 1 tbsp of shao xing wine and stir fried a while. - Serve -

ShangHai Pan Fried Char Xiu
Ingredients
800g pork belly, cut into 4 thick slices
3 tbsp chopped garlic
500ml water
Seasoning
3 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tsp dark soya sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2.5 tbsp sugar
Method
1. Mix pork belly with chopped garlic, seasoning and marinate for overnight in fridge.
2. Bring water to boil, add in pork belly and cook at medium heat until the gravy is dry.
3. Lower down fire and continue to pan-fry the meat until is lightly golden brown on both sides.
4. Remove and cut into slices and serve hot. - serve -

Steam Chicken (I)
Ingredients
1 big chicken drumstick; cut small
Some geiji
2 pieces of tong guai (optional)
Method
1. Rub chicken with some salt.
2. Place chicken on plate and put some geiji and tong guai pieces (optional).
3. Steam for half and hour. -serve-

Terriyaki Chicken
Ingredients
3 chicken drumsticks; cut small and give some cut on chicken meat
Marinate Sauce
4 tbsp Terriyaki sauce
3 sliced Smashed ginger
4 garlics
A bit sugar
A bit chili flakes
Corn flour
Method
1. Marinate and massage the chicken with marinate sauce for overnight. (or few hours)
2. Heal oil in wok and fry chicken till cooked. - serve-
