Mushroom Pasta
Dinner tonight but baked chicken and salad turned out not so good.
Ingredients
Penne Pasta - depends on portion desired
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Some Fresh White Button Mushroom - depends on portion desired
Small portion of Red Bell Pepper & Yellow Bell Pepper - cut into small pieces
Prego Mushroom, Green Peppers Pasta Sauce
Methods
1. Put water and olive oil into a medium pot and bring to boil.
2. Put in pasta and cook until pasta is tender. Remove and set aside once ready.
3. Put olive oil into a frying pan and put in the bell pepper and mushroom to cook.
4. Then put in the pasta sauce and continue stir a while.
5. Served pasta top with sauce.

Hennessy Mushroom Chicken
Method
1. Marinate chicken for half an hour and set aside.
2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil then add in garlic.

Steamed Potatoes with Lap Cheong
My friend taught me this dish. A very simple, easy and delicious dish.
Ingredients
1 Potato; sliced in thin pieces
1 Lap Cheong; slice in think pieces
Seasonings
1 tsp onion oil and fried onion
A dash of pepper
Methods
1. Layer potatoes onto plate, sprinkle some pepper and salt.
2. Place lap cheong over potatoes.
3. drizzle onion oil and fried onion over potatoes.
3. Steam with rice or steam until potatoes are soften. -Serve-
White Radish Soup
Ingredients
4 Chicken Drumsticks
1 White Radish; peel and cut into thick pieces
5 Red Dates
Seasonings
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste (can put more as desired)
Method
1. Blanch chicken drumsticks in boiling water to remove blood and fat. Rinsed with water once
done.
2. Place all ingredients in a pot.
3. Boil for 1 hours or 2 hours. (i prefer boil longer)

Steamed Minced Pork with Eggs
Minced Pork
1 Salted Egg
2 Eggs
3/4 cups Water
Marinate - 15 minutes
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp oil/olive oil/onion oil (more fragrant)
A dash of Pepper
Method
1. Break eggs and water into bowl and beat the eggs gently; to minimize bubbles.
2. Break salted eggs into bowl and remove the yolk.
3. Stir marinated minced pork with salted eggs white and arrange marinated minced pork in a
thin layer on plate.
4. Pour the eggs mixture over gently.
5. Steam over high heat for about 15 minutes or put inside rice cooker to cook with rice. -Serve-
Note: Got this trick from my friend - Cover dish with aluminum foil to have smooth surface. Try it, so it might look nicer than the photo above. :p

Shallots; cut
Salt to taste
1. Stir fried lap cheong and put aside.
Soy Sauce Chicken
Ingredients
3 drumsticks
7 garlics
Corn Flour
Marinate
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Sauce
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
A dash of pepper
Water
Method
1. Fry garlics with oil until lightly brown.
2. Stir in the drumsticks.
3. Cover the pot and simmer with the sauce for 15-30 minutes. -serve-

Tofu Minced Pork Porridge
This dish claimed to be hokkien dish because no one i come across heard of this dish before, except one of my colleague who is hokkien, so it is belongs to hokkien family la. :p I love this porridge due to the fragrance of fried tofu and fried onion.
Ingredients
1.5 cups of rice
2 pieces dry tofu; cut into small squares
2 Shallots
Minced Pork
Marinate
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
A dash of pepper
Method
1. Marinate pork with soy sauce and corn flour for half and hour.
2. Fry shallots with oil and put aside.
3. Fry tofu till golden brown and put aside.
4. Put rice to boil.
5. Once boil, put in minced pork follow by tofu and simmer in very low heat until become porridge.
6. Add pepper and soy sauce to taste.
7. Add some fry onion and onion oil. -serve-
