Fry Tofu


Ingredients
2 pieces of tofu; slice half and cut into triangle shape
Some parsley, chili powder


Sauce
Fry onion with oil
Soy sauce
Some pepper


Methods
1. Fry tofu into golden brown, springle some parsley and chili powder continue fry for a while.
2. Place fried tofu on plate. Put some sauce on the tofu. - Serve with chili sauce -

Braised Peanut



Ingredients
1 cup peanut; soaked overnight
Some Pork Belly
Little bit of dark soy sauce
Salt to taste
Onion oil

Methods
1. Boil peanuts for 15 minutes.
2. Remove peanuts from boiled water and put 1.5 cup new water to boil.
3. Put in peanuts and pork.
4. Put a bit of dark soy sauce, salt to taste and little bits of fry onion and onion oil.
5. Boil 2 hours or until peanut is soft. - Serve -
