Stir Fried Chicken with Ginger and Spring Onion


Ingredients
2 pieces chicken breast, cut into pieces
2 stalks spring onion, cut to desire length
A few slices ginger
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
Marinate
1 tbsp soy sauce
Dash of pepper
Sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
A bit of water
Method
1. Marinate chicken for half an hour and set aside.
2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil then add in garlic and ginger.
3. Fry till fragrant then add marinated chicken and keep stir.
4. Stir in the sauce and stir.
5. Add spring onion and stir and add a bit of corn starch to thicken the gravy. - serve-
